What’s covered
Your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial kitchen use, for as long as you own it. If a covered defect causes structural failure, we will repair or replace the affected component at no cost to you.
What’s not covered
- Improper installation: clips, brackets or fasteners that are misaligned, force-fitted or not installed per the included instructions
- Lack of routine cleaning and maintenance: grease buildup, corrosion or residue from the care instructions not being followed
- Normal wear and tear from daily commercial use: surface finish wear, minor cosmetic scratching or discoloration that doesn’t affect function
- Use on grill models or equipment not listed as compatible
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Impact damage, drops or abuse
- Secondhand or unauthorized-reseller purchases without proof of original purchase
