Every Grill Advantage product is engineered and manufactured in the USA using premium stainless steel, precision craftsmanship, and rigorous quality control. We build tools that perform under pressure — and we back every one of them with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. When you invest in Grill Advantage, you're investing in equipment built to last.

What's Covered

Grill Advantage warrants that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial kitchen use, for as long as you own it. If a covered defect causes structural failure, we will repair or replace the affected component at no cost to you.

What's NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover damage, wear, or failure resulting from:

  • Improper installation or attachment — clips, brackets, or fasteners that are misaligned, force-fitted, or not installed per the included instructions
  • Lack of routine cleaning and maintenance — grease buildup, corrosion, or residue consistent with the care instructions not being followed
  • Normal wear and tear from daily commercial use — surface finish wear, minor cosmetic scratching, or discoloration that doesn't affect function
  • Use outside listed compatibility — installation on grill models or equipment not listed as compatible
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Grill Advantage or an authorized technician
  • Impact damage, drops, or abuse inconsistent with intended commercial kitchen use
  • Secondhand or unauthorized-reseller purchases without proof of original purchase and warranty registration

How to File a Claim

To file a warranty claim, you must provide:

  • Proof of purchase — order number and date
  • Clear photos or video showing the issue, including close-ups of the attachment points and the overall condition of the product
  • A description of how and when the issue occurred

Every claim is reviewed against the photo and video evidence submitted. Claims showing signs of improper installation, lack of maintenance, or misuse will not qualify for a free replacement. In those cases, we'll provide correct installation and care guidance, plus the option to purchase a replacement part.

The Fine Print

  • Original purchaser only. This warranty covers the original purchaser and is non-transferable upon resale unless the product has been registered with Grill Advantage.
  • What "Lifetime" means. "Lifetime" refers to the expected useful life of the product when installed and maintained according to the provided instructions. It is not a guarantee against damage from neglect or misuse.
