Thank you for purchasing from Grill Advantage!
You can order our products right from our online store. Grill Advantage has all our products in stock and ready to ship anywhere in the U.S.
Before returning a product, please email us at: John@GrillAdvantage.com or George@GrillAdvantage.com

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition you received it and be undamaged in any way.
Additionally, there is a $50.00 restocking fee for returned products.

After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card
payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10-14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Choose the mounting clips and spacers that work with your backsplash style, securely attach the clips to the backsplash, then slip Grill Advantage® into place. The Grill Advantage is a great accessory to any commercial grill. The videos below will give you the instructions you need to assemble your Grill Advantage and get cooking in a more efficient way!
